The website (www.leaders.ro) aims to facilitate the registration and management of applications for the selection and access of beneficiaries within the programs of the LEADERS Foundation, namely Leaders Explore, Leaders Experience, and Leaders Challenge, or for special initiatives that we conduct.

The data collected from you will include: name, email, phone, city, education, professional experience, and philosophical beliefs.

These data will be stored with the utmost responsibility by the LEADERS Foundation and will not be distributed to any third party, regardless of their relationship with the organization, without your consent.

If you opt for partial registration or complete the form partially, we will send you from one to five reminder alerts for registration in the LEADERS program you choose. Reminder alerts will consist of SMS or email messages.

The only purpose for which we will use your personal data is for the analysis and selection within the programs of the LEADERS Foundation. In case you are not accepted in the Leaders program you applied for, your data will remain on our server only for 60 days from the date of the refusal. If you are accepted in the Leaders program you applied for, your data will remain on the server owned by the LEADERS Foundation, but you can choose to delete them at any time. We will use this data to communicate with you about the program's progress or future LEADERS opportunities.

By registering for a program of the LEADERS Foundation, you can separately opt to create a user account through which you can edit your applications and have access to their status (admitted/rejected). The user account will store information about name, email, phone, education, and city. Also, through a separate checkbox in the form, you can choose to subscribe to the LEADERS Foundation Newsletter. Newsletter registration is a double opt-in process, and afterward, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link present in all emails sent to you by the LEADERS Foundation or by sending an email to office@leaders.ro with the subject I want to unsubscribe.

The server hosting our data is a service provided by Hostvision and is located in Romania, holding an SSL certificate.
