Ownership of Content

The Site and everything it contains, including but not limited to all texts and images (“Content”), are the property of and under the copyright of FUNDAȚIA LEADERS (“LEADERS”) or LEADERS’ partners, with all rights reserved unless otherwise specified. Any Content consisting of a trademark, logo, or service mark represents a registered or unregistered trademark of LEADERS or LEADERS’ partners.

IP Address

The IP address is sent with every request so that the server knows where to send the responses.

Every Internet user obtains an IP address from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) as soon as they connect to the Internet. The ISP knows which IP addresses have been used, when, and by which Internet user. The law requires ISPs to retain this information.

LEADERS does not locally store any User’s IP address. Instead, we use the IP address for session recognition and geographical analysis via our Third-Party tool (Google).

Modification of Terms and Conditions

LEADERS has the right to modify any of the provisions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions in their entirety at any time and in any way, without prior notice and without being obligated to fulfill any other formalities towards the Users. Any modification is fully and unconditionally accepted by the Site Users simply by using or accessing any feature offered by the Site.

Limitation of Liability

LEADERS and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, or any other party involved in the design, production, or provision of the Site are not liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind that may result from or be related to the use of this Site or its content. LEADERS assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage or viruses that may infect your computer or other assets following access to or use of this Site or the downloading of any material, information, text, images, video, or audio from this Site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and the use of this Site are governed by the laws of Romania. The competent courts in Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising from or related to the provisions of the Terms of Use and/or the Content of the Site or in cases where these Terms of Use and/or this Site are considered relevant facts for such disputes.
